All bookings are subject to The Dream Spa’s full Terms & Conditions, which are available on request.

Please ensure you read the Pre-Arrival Information in preparation for your visit to The Dream Spa.

Consultation forms must be filled in prior to your visit

At this time we are only offering half day spa days so all packages booked will fall into one of the two time slots- 10am-2pm or 3pm-8pm

Arrival

Guests are advised to arrive, just before the start of their treatment or spa day. (To comply with our COVID policies)

We have social distancing measures in place - please be aware

TREATMENTS If clients are late for their appointment the time will be deducted from the length of the scheduled treatment. Treatment times are confirmed only on the day of arrival. Once a client has checked into Dream Spa. Please be aware that it is not always possible to schedule treatment times at the same time as other members of your party and we try to accommodate guest requests for specific treatment times, these cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to change.

Cancellation Policy We understand that there can on occasions be the requirement to cancel treatments, As a courtesy to our other guests and our therapists, we have the following cancellation terms:

Individual Treatments Individual treatments can be booked, subject to availability. Should you require to cancel your booking, we will provide an option to change your date and rebook an alternative date at no additional cost when the request is made a minimum of 7 days prior to your visit to the Dream Spa. The option to change your date is offered once and should a further cancellation be necessary, the full cost of your original booking to the dream Spa will be charged. In the event of a cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival the full cost of the original booking to visit Dream spa will be charged.

Packages Should you require to cancel your booking, we will provide an option to change your date and rebook an alternative date at no additional cost, when this request is made a minimum of 7days prior to your visit to Dream Spa. The option to change your date is offered once and should a further cancellation be necessary, the full cost of your original booking to visit Dream Spa will be charged. In the event of a cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival the full cost of the original booking to visit Dream Spa will be charged. if you can not date change within the 7 days a 50% deposit will be taken and placed on a gift voucher to be used within 2 months. Please note that individual treatments booked in addition to your Spa Day/Break will become part of your package and be liable to the same terms and conditions. All Package items are non-transferable between guests

Valuables No responsibility can be accepted by the Company for the safety of money or valuables of any kind brought to the spa. If you do bring valuable item’s it is essential they are covered by your own insurance for the period of your stay. The Company will not be liable, under any circumstances whatsoever, for damage, injury or consequential loss, however caused, to our guests.

Zero Tolerance - Abusive / Aggressive Behaviour Our team are here to look after you throughout your spa experience and assist with any queries or concerns. In line with this we ask that all member of our team and other guests are treated with courtesy and respect. Dream Spa has a Zero Tolerance policy. This means that aggressive or violent behaviour towards our staff or any member of the public within our premises will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Whilst these situations are very rare, any verbal abuse directed at members of staff, either in person or over the telephone, will not be tolerated. We reserve the right at all times to refuse entry to the Spa, or to remove any guest or party whose behaviour has caused us, our staff or our other guests concern. Such notice will be verbal, and you are required in this case to leave immediately with no refunds given.
